They either have oddly positive reviews online that are clearly fake and posted by blendjet people, or god awful reviews by people who've had such a bad experience. If blendjet resolves this issue, i will update my review accordingly. I'm just going to keep using the new blender they sent me until it stops working (probably in a month).

I think blendjet is hoping we will all buy a new blendjet and forget about the recall. I bought a vitamix that does so much more than the blendjet could ever do. Truly the worst customer service i have ever received. And please blendjet, don't respond to this review with your standard reply.
