Numerous netizens pointed out that Munishi was unaware of his brand's value, and recommended that he get a manager to help him brand himself better.

Why did Munishi and Pastor Ng’ang’a feud?
In other news, Munishi had a back-and-forth with Neno Evangelism Centre founder, Pastor James Ng’ang’a.
Munishi started the tiff by claiming that Ng'ang'a's guitar-playing skills were subpar.
While Munishi considers the preacher his spiritual father, he accused him of lacking the patience to master the instrument. The singer said a professional guitarist tried teaching Ng’ang’a but he did not have the time for it.

Munishi then said Ng’ang’a could only fool people who do not understand music.
He was not done as he also bashed Ng’ang’a, accusing him of taking credit for the Gen Z anti-government protests.
Ng’ang’a responded to the criticism, angrily telling Munishi to stick to his lane.
He stressed the need for mutual response, adding that he was older and richer than Munishi.
Ng’ang’a noted that he plays the guitar while Munishi plays the accordion, before urging him to trim his beard and wear a suit when addressing him.
