Embatelled car dealer Khalif Kairo has shared details on how his supporters and Kenyans in general can help him as he battles an ongoing case.

The influencer has been held in remand for the last one week after he was unable to raise his KSh 2 million bail.

    Through comedian 2Mbili, Kairo has been able to provide a paybill number that fans can send in money to help him raise the bill.

    This all started with 2Mbili, who shared the idea and was able to meet Kairo on Thursday, April 3, when he appeared in court.

    In a video on Instagram, the comedian disclosed that the hearing was at Kibera Law Courts but could not be able to share any footage on him.

    2Mbili noted those willing to support can send any amount possible, and also noted that he respects decisions of those not able or do not want to help.

    The content creator said he was hoping that Kairo can get out of jail after the bail has been cleared, which is the only thing standing between him and freedom as it stands.

  • He also confirmed that Kairo was in good state both physically and mentally and thanked those that had come out to stand with the car dealer.

    2 Mbili calls for netizens to help Kairo

    This comes after reported that Kairo had shared a tweet noting he will not be able to foot his bail.

    Kairo said he was trying to rebuild and settle but accused the police of frustrating his efforts and was going to stay in remand till further notice.

    2mbili went online to urge Kenyan car enthusiasts to come out and help Kairo, whom he called an inspiration for many in the moto business.

    He suggested that Kenyans raise KSh 1 million and the Kairo would cover the rest to enable his release.
